Greetings Muraoka Families,
We hope this message finds you safe and well on this beautiful weekend. This week, we visited many of our classrooms and talked to the students about our school wide expectations: safe, respectful, responsible and kind. Even though we are learning from a distance and our expectations may look a little different, they help us to create a positive learning environment for all. It was wonderful to see all of the students!
Here are a few upcoming events that are happening virtually this week:
ELAC – October 1st at 9:00am
We are going to hold another ELAC – English Language Advisory Committee – Meeting on Thursday, October 1st at 9:00am on Zoom. Click here for the link to attend. This meeting is open to all parents! We will be discussing what ELAC is, holding elections for ELAC Board Positions and DELAC. After elections, we will do a presentation on Growth Mindset and Perseverance. We hope to see you there!
School Site Council – October 1st at 3:00pm
