Microsoft TEAMS is currently experiencing a glitch in their system nation-wide where the camera is not working on some individual accounts. It is a problem within the program, not on the device itself. Some users have had success by using the web version of the application. Below are the steps you can take to access the online version of TEAMS. This has worked for most, but not all users.
Microsoft is working on this matter and hopes to have it resolved soon. Teachers are aware that this is happening with some of our students. We apologize for the inconvenience.
