Hybrid Reopening Update
There will be a special CVESD Board Meeting on Tuesday, March 16th at 5pm discussing potential reopening. The meeting is available to be viewed on Microsoft Teams by visiting www.cvesd.org and click on the banner to join the meeting.
Please note, we do not have set date for reopening at this time. We will continue to communicate with families regarding plans, schedules, safety measures, and class rosters as information becomes available.

Potential Reopening Schedule Information:
Two Options:
- Hybrid (In-Person)
- Morning (AM) or Afternoon (PM) – (only one session – not both)
- Monday – Thursday (In-Person) and Friday (Distance Learning)
- Distance Learning
- Monday – Friday
We are making every attempt to take into consideration requests for AM and PM sessions for hybrid, however, there is no guarantee. Students who requested AM could still be placed in PM hybrid session.
Parent Teacher Conferences
Parent Teacher Conferences will be held virtually beginning this Thursday, March 18th through Thursday, March 25th. Students will have 120 minutes of synchronous (live) instruction and the remainder of their day will be asynchronous during conferences. If you have not scheduled your conference yet, please reach out to your student’s teacher.
