Weekly Message for the Week of June 7th

Dear Muraoka Families,

It is hard to believe that we are down to single digits of this school year!  Here is the information for the end of the year:

End of Year Drive-By Parade and Device Return

We will be hosting an End of Year Drive-By Parade and device return opportunity for our Momongas on Wednesday, June 16th!  Please see the attached flyer and map for more information.  We are looking forward to waving at all of our students and kicking off their summer!

Here are some questions you may have about this event:

  • Can I bring the device back now? YES! Please return now if you no longer need it.
  • What if I have a sibling in another grade level? Can we come together? Yes! Please know teachers from that grade level may not be present at the different time.
  • What if I can’t make it? Please come at any of the times if they work for you or contact the front office to arrange another time for drop off. All drop offs for devices must be made by June 22.
  • What if I am coming back to Muraoka next year? We need all devices regardless of if you are returning. They must be updated and made ready for on campus learning.

COVID TESTING – WEDNESDAY, JUNE 9th

Just a reminder that optional COVID Testing for students and staff will take place on our campus on Wednesday, June 9th.  If you are interested, please see the previous registration email or come by the tent outside of the school campus on Wednesday.
